Read this here article, it is quite an interesting read. Sure, it may have just been someone that was on drugs, but it’s fun to think about right?
In my honest opinion, a zombie apocalypse isn’t even that unrealistic. It’s VERY possible in my eyes.
You know how animals can get rabies?
Did you know that humans can as well? And that it’s unbelievably SIMILAR to that of a zombie?
Zombies:
~Die
~Come back to life
~Crave human flesh
~Super strong
~Don’t die easily
~Lack much knowledge/sense at all.
~Bite people
~Spreads through blood
Rabies:
~Go insane/loses sense/knowledge
~Will bite other humans
~Spreads through blood
~Won’t go down easily. (Because they’re insane, they won’t comprehend the pain as much as a normal human would.)
~However, you don’t die beforehand. Obviously.

So, I don’t know about you, but that sounds pretty legit to me. So instead of Zombies, per say, how about just…human rabies?
Who knows, it may have happened before, and they just caught it in time.
That won’t ALWAYS happen though.
